Recipe
- Mix the spices and 2 tbsp oil in yogurt and marinate chicken for half an hour.
- Blend the Onion, Ginger, Garlic, and Tomato.
- Shallow fry onion, tomato, and capsicum. And dish out them.
- In the remaining oil fry the blended mixture.
- Add 2 tbsp soya sauce and tomato ketchup to the mixture, mix it and dish it out.
- Now fry the marinated chicken in a pan.
- When got fried well, add the mixture to it. And put one glass of water in it. cook it for 10 minutes.
- Add fried onion and capsicum also, mix it with a spoon. Now cook again for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

3. Ginger garlic and green chili paste………..Two tbsp

Recipe
- Boil the chicken and shred it.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili powder, and ground spices.
- Now add boiled mashed potato, onion, and coriander powder to the mixture and set it aside for a while.

- Fold the samosa wrap and close its corner.

- cumin seeds…………1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder…………… 1/2 tbsp
- Red dry chili…………..4 pieces

Recipe
1. Slightly roast all the dried spices on the stove.
2. Grind the garlic and onion.
3. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and salt. Stay aside for five minutes.
4. Heat the oil in a pan, add curry leaves, 3 red dried chilies, and fry it for a while.
5 . Add chicken and cook until the water gets dried.

- Peanut oil………….3 tbsp

- Chili garlic sauce…….3 tbsp
- Sesame oil………………2 tbsp

- Chop the chicken in the finger shape. And cut the capsicum lengthwise into slices.
- Heat the peanut oil in the saucepan and fry the chicken and capsicum slightly for two minutes.
- Add vinegar, salt, garlic, and chili garlic sauce. Stir the spoon and cook for three minutes.

- Cut the chicken tenders into small-sized cubes.
- Place into a bowl, add red pepper powder, salt, ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce. Mix this with chicken and egg to marinade.
- Heat oil in a pan to fry the chicken.
- To make the Manchurian sauce, heat up the wok.
- Add 2 tbsp oil, add finely chopped garlic, green chili finely chopped and saute for 3 minutes.
- Now add soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce to the above mixture and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and let this all cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
